This is a great concept! Slow Food URI will be celebrating on September 19th at 4pm in the Student Cafe in the Memorial Union. At our first meetig of the year we will serve salsa mad efrom our campus garden & corn tortillas from Kenyon’s Grist Mill corn meal.

My wife and I have a copy of the DVD “One Man, One Cow, One Planet” from New Zealand. It was shown at a slow food event on Martha’s Vineyard in January that we attended. Maybe your organization would like to borrow it for an event, if you haven’t already done something like that.
